Cardigan Deville recently released new music; the new release is entitled "High Noon." Cardi definitely goes in with the boss flow on this one. Look out for the video for "Cake," another banger off of Cardi's EP entitled, "House of Cards." Video was shot by FYPM Films featuring Harlem's own Young Billy D of Different Dreamers.
